By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager of any kind on 100cuvi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 100cuvi.
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any service on the 100cuvi platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. We enforce a strict 21+ policy in accordance with the standards set by international gaming authorities. If we have reason to believe that a user is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
2.2 You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) to hold a personal 100cuvi account.
2.3 You represent and warrant that your use of the 100cuvi platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.4 Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of 100cuvi and its affiliated entities, as well as employees of game software providers integrated into the 100cuvi platform, are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in any promotional offers.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) player account on the 100cuvi platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 100cuvi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any winnings derived from those accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 100cuvi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. 100cuvi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, or where continued operation of the account would expose the platform to legal or regulatory risk.
4.1 In compliance with international gaming authority standards and anti-money laundering obligations, 100cuvi requires all players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4.2 100cuvi may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence documentation where transactions exceed prescribed thresholds or where risk indicators are identified.
4.3 Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, 100cuvi may place a hold on withdrawal requests. Deposit and gameplay functionality may be available during the verification period, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is approved.
4.4 All KYC documentation submitted to 100cuvi is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.
100cuvi accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, and online banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, among other approved payment channels. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. 100cuvi does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (the "same source" rule), subject to the limitations of each payment channel. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for eWallet channels. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for eWallet channels during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. 100cuvi reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 100cuvi reserves the right to deduct an inactivity administration fee from dormant account balances in accordance with the schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 100cuvi are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as published on the promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, and eligible game categories will be specified in each promotion's terms.
6.3 100cuvi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6.4 Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus accumulation strategies designed to systematically exploit wagering requirements — will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7.1 All slot games and RNG-based games available on the 100cuvi platform use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account status, or any other external factor.
7.2 Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers operating under their own gaming authority certifications. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the determination of the platform provider constitutes final and binding resolution.
7.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game interruption that affects the integrity of a game round, 100cuvi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. The platform is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100cuvi platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:
9.1 All content on the 100cuvi platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the intellectual property of 100cuvi or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
The collection, storage, use, and processing of personal data submitted by users of the 100cuvi platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 100cuvi implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.
11.1 100cuvi is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to minimise the risk of problem gambling behaviour among our users.
11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 100cuvi members via the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and formal self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the elected exclusion period.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 100cuvi's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 100cuvi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
100cuvi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 100cuvi will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming authority standards and applicable international law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 100cuvi platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.
